This policy describes how RapidBot collects, uses, and safeguards the information entrusted to the platform. We keep it deliberately plain.

1. What we process

RapidBot processes only what is needed to build, train, and operate the bots you create: the knowledge and content you provide, the conversations your bots handle, and the account details required to run the service.

2. Isolation & security

Each workspace is kept separate from every other. We rely on encrypted transport, protected storage for sensitive settings, and access controls that limit who can reach your data.

3. Your knowledge stays yours

The material you use to train a bot belongs to you. It is used to serve your bot, and is not used to train shared or public foundation models.

4. Working with providers

To generate responses, relevant context may be sent securely to the AI and messaging providers a workspace has configured. These providers act on our behalf under their own commitments.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep data for as long as a workspace is active or as required to provide the service. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
